All Conventional through-hole components are pre-formed and assembly is carried out at well equipped anti-static workstations by experienced assembly staff.

This ensures fast, efficient assembly before the board sare passed through a fully automatic wave soldering machine producing
solder joints of a consistently high quality. Surface Mount assembly
consists of fully automated or semi-automated pick and place machines
which can accurately place components down to 0402 or 20 thou pitch
using on board video inspection and correction.
